Amazing experience! We received an heirloom engagement ring with 2 bands and Wes was able to turn it into exactly what we wanted and stayed in our budget. We live out of town so most of our talking was down via email with Jaeda. She answered all my questions and was helpful in guiding us to pick the best setting, cut, and stone for what I wanted to add. Had a great time there when we finally got to pick up the ring. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for someone who can make a unique and beautiful piece for any occasion.

Wes and Heather were *awesome* to work with! Our rings came out looking better than ever before, fitting better than ever, and repaired with a level of finesse to emphasize an elegant durability that will keep our rings brilliant for a long time to come. I absolutely love my ring that Wanderlust did for me. They used stones from my original ring and gold from my moms old ring. Wes absolutely read my mind and got the sketches right from the very beginning. The ring is exactly what I asked for. I love being able to support a small local business. Meeting with them was way more relaxed than going into a traditional jewelry store where you can feel pressured. I highly recommend them! Handmade is the best!

My fiancée and I had both our engagement ring and wedding rings designed and made with Wanderlust Jewelers, and we could not recommend them any more highly! From the beginning of the design process, Wes and Heather guided us with their expertise while always supporting and respecting our vision of the final result. They translated our rough ideas into sketches with variations, in order to highlight the subtle differences available to us for the final products. Throughout the whole process, communication was prompt and all timelines were realistic for the excellent custom work Wanderlust produces. Pricing was always transparent and we felt very reasonable for all the work done. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Wanderlust Jewelers — we plan to recommend them to all our newly engaged friends, and we absolutely plan to continue coming back for any repair work and new custom pieces!

They made my wedding ring fit again, and made my engagement ring look like new after 20 years! My needs were fairly simple but while I was waiting to pick it up, I happened to see some of the absolutely GORGEOUS work they have done. Kind folks who do great work.

Heather and Wes are incredible. I thank the universe that I found them and they were able to make my ring! It’s so beautiful and they were sensitive with my great grandmother’s stones and setting, as well as respecting budget. Jewelers with the same style in the area were out of my price range, but I’d be happy to work with them no matter that circumstances. Highly recommend!

Wes was able to fix a ring very special to my mom when another jeweler said they couldn't. Not only that, but he he shined it up, replaced all the glass stones with real gemstones, and made it more beautiful than ever! I surprised my mom with this refurbished ring for mother's day, and it was an unforgettable moment!! My mom has her treasured family birthstone ring back, and it was SO AFFORABLE for the amazing quality. I could not have asked for a better experience, thank you SO MUCH!!!

Heather and Wes are absolutely amazing jewelers. For our 10 yr wedding anniversary we decided to upgrade my wedding band. Heather spent over a month providing me sketches, taking my notes and created the exact ring of my dreams. We incorporated some opals as a nod to my late best friend and used the gold and tiny diamonds from my old band to create this beautiful piece. They also gave my engagement ring a much needed facelift and I honestly could not be happier. I went to several other local jewelers and even a larger custom ring company and their prices were ridiculous and they use CAD which limits the design elements drastically - never in a million years would I have received anything even close to this beautiful ring!!! If you are anywhere near the Cleveland area I would strongly recommend this small business 💕
